Job Description
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.Ensure all items are stored properly, labeled correctly, and organized according to safety and hygiene standards.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records using the inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Purchasing Manager.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store at all times.
Coordinate with purchasing and finance departments for invoices and delivery documentation.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method to minimize wastage and expiry.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; a diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry in Saudi Arabia..
