Job Purpose
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that IT project plan is updated on time. This role will also help to support with budget forecasting and HR related tasks.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that IT project plan is updated on time. This role will also help to support with budget forecasting and HR related tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Work with project teams to create detailed project plans with identified milestones.

Update projects plan as the projects progress.
- Work with key project leads to prepare and update weekly reporting metrics.

Provide regular updates to internal project planning team to ensure alignment on key updates and statuses.
- Provide administrative and coordination support and act as liaison between various IT divisions and Finance team
- Work with various IT divisions on maintaining their forecasting and budgeting data in specific application

Provide support as needed for various reporting needs originating from Finance department

Provide administrative and coordination support for HR related initiatives within IT

Provide support with coordinating various project related activities, e.g., workshop planning, meeting coordination, etc.

Work closely with the various IT and other business units to promote and foster a healthy working and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Project Management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, PRINCE2, etc.) certification is an advantage.
- Prioritization skills – Be able to identify priority of tasks and/or issues and address them accordingly.
- Communication skills - Be able to apply active listening to ensure that project plans meet the expected goals and outcomes. Candidate needs to be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from non-technical business users to technical specialists, to senior management.
- Attention to detail - Be able to identify potential issues that could cause issues for the project and be able to identify if there are potential quality concerns. Being able to identify and track trends in milestone delivery, budget spending, etc.
- Problem-solving skills - Be able to quickly and adequately respond to challenges and issues when they arise. Work with key project stakeholders to ensure correct solution is applied. Use problem solving skills to help smooth out communication and interactions between various project team members.

Project Management skills - Have a foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, like Agile and Waterfall. This is useful to supplement the project management team, and provide support as required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience with project planning management related work.
