Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, video content trends, and digital storytelling.
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.
Basic photo/video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
