We are looking for talented individuals to join our Smart Cities team, which focuses on the integration of advanced technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance urban living experiences and operational efficiency within cities. The Smart Cities team will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that utilize IoT, AI, and other smart technologies to improve public services, reduce energy consumption, and promote sustainable urban development.
This role will require collaboration across multiple disciplines, including engineering, IT, and urban planning, to create holistic solutions that benefit residents and local businesses alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support implementation of smart city strategies and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects that improve urban infrastructure.
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and assess the impacts of implemented solutions.
- Engage with local communities to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into project planning.
- Monitor advancements in smart city technologies and trends to continuously improve services.
- Develop and present project proposals, reports, and updates to management and partners.
- Ensure that projects comply with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Design, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience 15+ years in smart city initiatives or related urban development projects.
- Strong understanding of technology applications in urban, Master planning, and design.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in smart city technology or project management are preferred.
