Job Brief:
As a Senior Strategy Manager – Ops, you will play a key role within the Jeeny Operations team, driving high-impact projects that contribute directly to our growth and positioning as a market leader. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong ownership to ensure timely and high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve Fleet Quality across KSA by regularly monitoring standards and implementing initiatives to enhance performance.
- Manage high-value strategic projects led by the Operations team, working closely with other departments to ensure timely, high-quality execution that enhances Partner (Driver) Experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure fleet compliance with government regulations and internal standards.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and resolve operational issues using a data-driven approach.
- Design and execute initiatives to improve key driver-related KPIs, supporting overall operational excellence.
- Lead and present weekly operational performance reviews to key stakeholders and Jeeny leadership, highlighting progress, blockers, and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry; strategy or consulting background preferred
- Strong data analysis capabilities; ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
