As a key player in Saudi Arabia’s premier entertainment destination, Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Security Systems. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of security system projects, from conception through to completion. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining state-of-the-art security systems that ensure the safety and security of all Qiddiya assets and guests.
Your comprehensive understanding of security technologies, risk management, and project management will be essential in producing high-quality outcomes that align with our strategic objectives. This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of security system projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the design and integration of advanced security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, alarms, and emergency response systems.
- Conduct threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address security risks associated with projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams and end-users on security system operations and protocols.
- Develop strategies for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of security systems post-implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project management within the security systems sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex security system projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of various security technologies and systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
