The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owns planning function for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
- Supports project delivery, contributing to timely and profitable outcomes.
- Leads planning for complex projects, portfolios, or major project sections.
- Applies advanced planning tools and techniques, including scheduling and EVM.
- Communicates and influences effectively, addressing complex requirements and corrective actions.
- Manages and develops planning teams, fostering technical growth and leadership.
- Engages clients and stakeholders, driving acceptance of proposals and recommendations.
- Promotes sustainability, contributing to net zero carbon goals through proactive planning practices.
You’ll need to have:
- Experienced planning professional with a degree in construction/engineering and strong management capabilities across multi-disciplinary sectors.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution throughout project lifecycles.
