Overview:
Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating unique entertainment experiences in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy to lead the planning and execution of innovative entertainment strategies that will play a pivotal role in our ambitious development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment Strategy to refine and implement entertainment asset strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives.
- Participate in the design and development phases of new entertainment projects to ensure they meet operational and financial expectations.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including Requests for Proposals, Scope of Works, and Strategy Briefs.
- Work closely with consultants, IP licensors, and external partners to gather insights and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Conduct thorough research and benchmarking on entertainment assets to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to initial go-live strategies, including pricing, marketing, and operational models, ensuring cross-functional support across the organization.
- Lead the development of detailed business plans and feasibility studies for new and existing entertainment assets, including Market Assessments and Financial Forecasting.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and adequate representation of strategies and concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in strategy development, preferably within the entertainment or leisure sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and feasibility analysis.
