Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Senior Manager - Development (Hotels) to lead the development of our exceptional hotel projects. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of hotel developments that resonate with our vision of creating a world-class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the development of hotel projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Lead project planning and execution phases, including feasibility studies, design coordination, and construction management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform project scope, design, and operational strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel operators, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Champion sustainable practices in hotel development to promote environmental responsibility and resource efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in hotel development, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing hotel projects from concept through to completion.
- In-depth understanding of the hotel development process, including design, construction, and operational requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
