Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior IT Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients across various sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market insight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector across government, enterprise, and SMB segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc.).
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the Saudi IT sector.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
- 7 to 12 years of proven experience in IT sales within the Saudi market.
- Strong network and client base in Riyadh and across KSA is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of IT products and solutions, including enterprise software, cloud services, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
