Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior design process for hotel projects from conceptualization to execution.
- Review design concepts that embody luxury, comfort, and functionality.
- Work alongside stakeholders to align design proposals with strategic goals and guest expectations.
- Conduct site visits and design reviews during construction phases to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Select materials, furnishings, and lighting that enhance the hotel’s aesthetic and meet operational needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of demonstrated experience in interior design, specifically within the hotel industry.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of successful hotel projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
