The Senior Director of Information and Intelligence will lead a cross-functional team within Qiddiya’s Strategic Delivery Unit-Quality, focused on enhancing Qiddiya’s capabilities in data analytics, knowledge management, and information governance. This leadership role is instrumental in embedding a data-driven culture across the organization by implementing delivery analytics and supporting the development of a digital twin. The Senior Director will also spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies and oversee the deployment of a Common Data Environment (CDE) and a Quality Management System (QMS). A strong emphasis will be placed on technology training, structured knowledge sharing, and the establishment of robust information management practices
Lead the strategic development and management of a delivery analytics team and program aligned with Qiddiya’s priorities and long-term vision.
Provide leadership and insight to identify and address gaps in Quality Management and the Common Data Environment (CDE), supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of a robust QMS and CDE framework.
Establish and guide frameworks for Quality Management and Quality Control, focusing on information exchange, data consistency, and reporting standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delivery partners to deploy a comprehensive Quality Management technology platform and associated digital tools.
Serve as a subject matter expert, responsible for defining system specifications, configurations, and processes related to construction data exchange and digital delivery.
Support the development and proliferation of delivery knowledge, training programs, and information governance practices across internal teams and external construction partners.
Provide high-level technical expertise in data warehousing and business intelligence, ensuring best practices are applied to delivery analytics.
Contribute to the advancement of Qiddiya’s digital twin strategy by integrating delivery analytics, quality data pipelines, and standardized information models.
Lead the design and continuous enhancement of platforms that facilitate knowledge sharing on engineering practices, lessons learned, materials, and innovation across delivery teams.
Requirements
BSc in Information Systems Management or similar degree (i.e. UK Level 6)
Over 15 years of leadership experience in Construction Technology on mega or giga projects
