Job brief
We are seeking a skilled Oracle DevOps Engineer to manage and streamline the deployment, integration, and automation of Oracle-based applications and infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for building CI/CD pipelines, maintaining Oracle environments, automating database operations, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle databases (on-prem and/or cloud), DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform), and cloud platforms (such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure). Strong scripting and automation skills are a must.
Requirements
- Saudi National (Must)
- Proficient with Docker and containerization
- Experience with virtual machines and virtualization platforms
- Strong command of Linux systems and shell scripting
- Understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization, with hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation
- Experience with high availability and replication for databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of load balancing and failover setups
- Able to deploy and manage Node.js and React apps in scalable environments
- Familiar with Nginx, HAProxy, or cloud-native load balancers
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Basic experience with JavaScript (Node.js and React)
- Familiar with security best practices (network, cloud, CI/CD)
- Experience with version control and Git workflows
