- Lead the development and customization of the Creatio CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Creatio’s Studio and other relevant tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Creatio with other systems and applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Creatio solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in the Creatio ecosystem.
- Document solutions, processes, and workflows for reference and training.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status meetings to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on Creatio.
- Proven experience with Creatio’s business processes, configurator, and development environment.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience in integrating API-based services and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in Creatio development or related technologies are a plus.
