Join a leading international law firm as a Senior Associate specializing in Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) and Intellectual Property (IP). In this dynamic role based in Riyadh, you will provide expert legal counsel on complex TMT and IP matters, support key clients in the region, and contribute to a high-performing team of legal professionals. Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a broad range of TMT and IP legal issues, including licensing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements relevant to TMT and IP sectors. - Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice aligned with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions. - Represent clients in negotiations and support dispute resolution processes related to TMT and IP matters. - Stay abreast of regional and international legal developments impacting TMT and IP law and apply this knowledge to client matters. - Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of the TMT and IP practice within the firm.
Requirements
- Hold a law degree from a recognized institution with a valid practicing license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one. - Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience specializing in TMT and Intellectual Property law, preferably within a reputable international law firm. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to telecommunications, media, technology, and IP enforcement. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently while working effectively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Committed to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
