SWATX is looking for a highly skilled Senior Applications Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic quality assurance team. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior position.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including experience with automated testing tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead testing efforts and mentor less experienced team members.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate testing outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Certifications: Relevant quality assurance certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level) are highly desirable.
