As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you are a client-facing business and technology consultant responsible for leading and contributing to Salesforce implementation and optimization engagements. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business processes, elicit and document requirements, and map them to meaningful Salesforce solutions. While not expected to be deeply technical, you will need a solid foundational understanding of Salesforce capabilities to design scalable, best-practice-aligned business solutions.
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are open to applicants who are willing to relocate.
You will collaborate with Technical Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end alignment from business requirements to solution delivery. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trusted relationships, and guide clients through their transformation journey will be key to your success.
What you’ll do:
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business and IT stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, goals and business objectives
- Synthesize business requirements into clear and structured user stories, business process flows, and high-level solution designs
- Lead account engagements and drive strategic solutioning efforts, including roadmap planning, business process definition, and process automation
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients and facilitate ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of scope and priorities and to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in the solution
- Advise clients on Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and strategic solution options based on business needs
- Contribute to the creation of functional documentation, process maps, test plans, and training materials as needed
- Participate in pre-sales and estimation activities when required
Who you are:
- You are an effective communicator who can confidently engage both business and IT stakeholders
- You are a technology enthusiast and can understand complex business/technical challenges to implement innovative solutions
- You’re a team player who works well with architects, developers, QAs, and project managers to ensure alignment
- You’re comfortable operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and can manage ambiguity
- You demonstrate a consultative approach and can establish trust quickly with clients and colleagues
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams (English & Arabic)
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market preferred
What you bring:
- 5+ years of client-facing consulting or professional services experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce cross Cloud solutions
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate transformation goals and solution benefits
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities including configuration, automation (Flow), and data model design
- Understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies and experience working in cross-functional delivery teams
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications required; additional certifications are a plus
