Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team to support and achieve sales targets.
- Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for orthopedic solutions.
- Guide and support distributor teams in implementing local marketing activities and initiatives.
- Conduct regular visits to regional distributors and orthopedic surgeons to introduce Mindray’s orthopedic product portfolio and deliver product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the orthopedic field, with a strong focus on trauma and joint replacement products.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the MEA region.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, international work environment.
