Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in line with the company’s targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Present and promote products to potential customers with a clear understanding of technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pumps, HVAC, or industrial equipment sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required;
Valid Saudi driving license.
