Job Title: Business Development Executive (Part-Time, Commission-Based)
Location: Riyadh (Remote + On-ground as required)
Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours/month, flexible)
Compensation: 1,000 SAR/month + Commission on Business Closed (based on proficiency and calibre of individual)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and communicative Business Development Executive to support and drive our growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong client-facing skills, proficiency in both English and Arabic, and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities. The position offers a base compensation along with a performance-driven commission structure.

The role requires attending client meetings, driving business development activities, maintaining relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries (corporate, government, events, retail, education, and others). ● Client Meetings: Attend in-person and virtual client meetings to present NXT Interactive’s offerings, understand client needs, and propose suitable solutions. ● Proposal & Sales Process: Coordinate with internal teams to develop and present proposals; manage the sales cycle through to closing. ● Client Communication: Maintain regular and professional communication with prospective and existing clients in both English and Arabic. ● Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. ● Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, gather competitor intelligence, and share insights with the internal team to inform business strategy. ● Reporting: Maintain clear records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regular updates to management. ● Flexibility: Be available for additional hours and deeper project involvement based on business needs and personal performance.

Requirements: ● Based in Riyadh with the ability to attend in-person client meetings as required. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (mandatory). ● Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. ● Proven ability to build rapport, conduct effective sales conversations, and close deals. ● Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Prior experience in business development, sales, or client management is a strong plus. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. ● Tech-savvy and familiar with online collaboration and CRM tools.

Work Schedule & Compensation: ● Commitment: 20 hours per month (flexible scheduling) ● Base Compensation: 1,000 SAR/month ● Commission: Attractive commission structure based on business closed (calibrated to individual proficiency and calibre) ● Additional Hours: Available on a pro-rata hourly basis upon agreement
