Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Tabuk, focusing on sales of building materials such as pipes, fittings, aluminum & uPVC systems, WPC doors, and related products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the local construction market and a strong network of contractors, builders, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials to new and existing customers in the Tabuk region.
- Identify potential leads, generate inquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, and consultants regularly to pitch relevant products.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on approvals, and close deals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in building materials sales, preferably in the Tabuk or Northern KSA market.
- Good knowledge of PVC, uPVC, aluminum, WPC, or general construction materials.
- Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
