Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Prospect and generate new leads across events, exhibitions, corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Pitch and present furniture rental solutions tailored to client needs.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely follow-ups and proactive communication to nurture accounts.
- Sales Execution
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
- Market Knowledge
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on product and service improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, event rentals, or hospitality industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- You take pride in your work and are thorough.
- You are unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.
- You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite.
