We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive corporate sales and support the growth of our business in the construction and contracting sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets through proactive engagement with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including main contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
- Promote company services and solutions to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients under management guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, project announcements, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance business visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or contracting sector.
- Saudi Nationals (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
