Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen/bar to guest tables quickly and accurately.
Assist waitstaff with table settings, clearing tables, and re-setting for the next guests.
Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure accuracy and smooth flow of service.
Ensure food presentation and quality meet service standards before delivery.
Refill water, bread, or condiments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service stations and floor area.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Support team members with side duties, such as polishing cutlery, stocking supplies, and general cleaning.
Uphold the brand’s guest service standards with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Desired Skill & Expertise
- A minimum of 1 years experience is essential.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods and carry trays.
Team player with a helpful attitude.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
