Our client, a leading company in the oil & gas / construction industry, is seeking skilled and certified professionals to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organization, ensuring world-class safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lifting, rigging, and material handling activities in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international safety regulations.
- Ensure lifting plans are executed as per approved method statements and safety guidelines.
- Supervise and guide rigging teams to maintain safe operations on site.
- Inspect lifting gear, slings, shackles, and equipment to ensure compliance before operations.
- Coordinate with crane operators, site engineers, and HSE officers for safe lifting activities.
- Report hazards, unsafe practices, and incidents immediately to management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and certification records as required by Aramco.
Required skill & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Rigger / Lifting Supervisor in Oil & Gas or Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging methods, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments.
