Your day to day
As Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing hotel revenue across all channels. You'll monitor performance, analyze trends, and develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability and alignment with market demand. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams, you'll provide detailed forecasting, implement IHG revenue management tools, and ensure all systems and decisions support overall commercial success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Monitoring daily performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
Developing and adjusting pricing strategies based on data insights
Conducting accurate forecasting for rooms and other revenue streams
Ensuring proper use of IHG systems
Leading weekly revenue meetings and aligning strategies with sales and marketing
Supporting the commercial team with detailed reporting and recommendations
Ensuring best practices are followed in inventory and channel management
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a similar revenue role within a luxury or upscale hotel brand
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, and distribution channels
Hands-on experience with IHG systems and tools is preferred
GCC experience is an advantage
English fluency is required; Arabic fluency is required
