Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Restaurant Supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our team in one of our Riyadh branches. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing and organizing entire work shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and leading the team to provide an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Shrimp Shack's high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Directly supervise shift staff (service crew, cashiers, cleaning staff).
- Delegate daily tasks and guide employees to ensure all work areas are covered effectively.
- Motivate and inspire the team, and provide on-the-job training for new employees.
- Assist in evaluating employee performance and provide constructive feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Service Quality & Operations:
- Ensure all staff members deliver excellent, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, finding satisfactory solutions.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of all dishes, ensuring they meet "Shrimp Shack" standards before being served.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining hall and service areas, ensuring compliance with all health and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Inventory & Administrative Duties:
- Supervise the daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials during the shift and order items as needed.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts (stock-taking).
- Oversee cashier operations, end-of-shift cash-out procedures, and submit daily financial reports to the Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role, preferably in the fast-casual dining sector.
- Education: High School Diploma is required. A diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
