HRIT Hunters is hiring on behalf of our Saudi client for the role of Restaurant Manager at The Royal Dine – a newly established, premium Pakistani-owned restaurant in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead restaurant operations and help establish a strong foundation for customer service, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Oversee accounts, cash handling, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English
- Education/Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Management and Accounts
- Experience: Prior experience in Hospitality/Restaurant Management is preferred
- Location: Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be given preference
- Gender Requirement: Male candidates only (as per client request)
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: SAR 3,500/month
