Job Summary:
The Reporting Specialist supports the design, development, and maintenance of program dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to project leadership. This role works closely with data analysts, finance, and cost control teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting using Power BI, PRISM, and SAP data sources. The Reporting Specialist helps standardize reporting outputs, automate manual reports, and improve the clarity and impact of performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with program KPIs.
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data consistency and alignment across PRISM, SAP, and other integrated systems.
- Automate recurring reports, reducing manual intervention and improving reliability.
- Support report testing, validation, and version control processes.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure users can interpret and leverage reports effectively.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query); SQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial or project control data from tools like PRISM, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
