Description
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of recruitment and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Participate in interviews and take notes as needed
- Support campus outreach and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with onboarding tasks and documentation for new hires
- Contribute to special HR/recruitment projects as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Interest in recruitment and/or human resources
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Prior internship or office experience is a plus, but not required.
