As a Roka Receiving Officer, you'll be at the core of our operational excellence. You'll ensure our systems run seamlessly, support the teams behind the scenes, and play a vital role in upholding the precision and efficiency that define the Roka experience.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To have complete understanding of and adhere to the restaurant's policies relating to fire, hygiene and safety
- To follow up on all orders, and maintain that all orders are delivered correctly
- To keep all invoices and to hand them to the Head Chef/Sous Chef
- Support the Cost Control team as required
- Check on supplier compliance and quality of deliveries
What We Look For
Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:
- Previous experience with Fourth RME & Inventory and/or other procurement and inventory management systems is preferable
- Previous experience with Symphony (Micros) EPOS system is preferable
- Excel competency
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication
- Brings a flexible mindset, thrive in collaboration, and lends a hand wherever it's needed
