We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our cost estimation and control activities throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyze tender and construction drawings to identify scope and quantities.
- Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
- Support cost control, change orders, and progress claims.
- Coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure accuracy of quantities and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity take-off and drawing analysis.
- Solid knowledge in BOQ preparation and cost control procedures.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, Excel, estimation tools).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
