Responsibilities
- Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.
- Determining Key Performance Indicators for all TSI sections.
- Report and follow up on TSI quality KPI’s.
- Support defined improvement projects.
- Preparing, presenting and keeping documents and specialized reports.
- Research and analysis of relevant criteria, data and metrics that support continuous improvement in initiatives.
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements accreditation.
- Spreading culture of quality.
- Implement related tasks required by TSI

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree In a relevant subject.
- Professional qualification in quality assurance (QA) and organizational excelence.
- Professional qualification in strategic planning is preferable.
- Certified KPI professional.
- At least 2 years professional experience in quality.
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player and structural thinking.
- Practical experience in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
