Wood is looking for Architectural Inspector for Infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes align with industry standards and contract requirements.
- Identify and document any deviations from plans or defects, recommending corrective actions to contractors.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, photographic records, and documentation for audits and project handover.
- Monitor and assess finishing works, including interior and exterior architectural elements, to ensure high-quality execution.
- Verify that mock-ups, prototypes, and material samples meet design intent before large-scale implementation.
- Participate in final inspections, snagging, and handover procedures to ensure project completion meets client

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture,
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural, inspection, construction supervision, or quality control on large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and finishing details.
- Familiarity with building codes, local regulations, and international construction expectations.
