*Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
*3–7 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on utilities and transportation projects in consultancy
*Solid understanding of wet/dry utility design, roadway alignment, grading, drainage, and bridge structures
*Familiarity with QA/QC tools, design checklists, and auditing practices*Proficient in reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, and reports for accuracy and compliance
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans for infrastructure design projects involving utilities and transportation
*Review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for wet utilities (sewer, stormwater, water), dry utilities (power, telecom), and transportation structures (roads, highways, bridges)
*Conduct design document reviews, internal audits, and constructability checks*Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, ISO), and client requirements
*Track non-conformances, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives*Collaborate closely with project managers, civil/structural engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams
* Willing to work remotely
