The ideal candidate is a Saudi National with a strong background in civil engineering, a minimum of 8 years' experience, and a valid PMP certification. A valid Saudi driving license is essential for this role due to site mobility requirements.
Job Description
Plan and oversee roadwork, excavation, and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and government bodies to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Supervise on-site activities and provide regular progress updates to management.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
8+ years of relevant experience in roadworks, excavation, and infrastructure
Valid and up-to-date PMP certification
Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure development
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Saudi National (mandatory)
