Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the execution of projects within the electrical company, ensuring that field and administrative staff perform their duties efficiently and in accordance with project plans, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical projects from planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate daily activities with field and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are assigned and executed effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors; track project materials and procurement needs.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure all work is performed according to technical and engineering specifications.
- Ensure client satisfaction (internal and/or external) throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or energy sector.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and on-site operational procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams across various sites.
