Job Purpose
Conduct project planning and supervision to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. Project managers strategize and allocate project resources, formulate budgets, closely monitor progress, and consistently keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Accountability Areas
Monitoring and Control:
- Manage time schedules, budgets, and cash flow for effective project control.
- Maintain the Mobilization plan for efficient resource allocation.
- Handle arrangements for manpower, materials, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with Project Technical Specifications (PTS), schedule, and approved drawings.
Quality Management:
- Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Conduct training for staff and workers at all levels to enhance skillsets and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Project Administration:
- Oversee administrative, financial, and technical aspects related to the project.
- Confirm execution in accordance with PTS and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to address personnel management issues for on-site employees.
- Develop a demobilization plan for both manpower and equipment at the conclusion of the project.
