Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (7+ years in project management roles preferred)
Job Purpose
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the projects in line with contractual, safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and regulatory standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve project deliverables, reports, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Oversee procurement, contract management, and subcontractor performance.
- Manage change orders, claims, and dispute resolution in coordination with the contracts team.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely project completion within the approved cost and schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in managing large-scale construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships and multicultural teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
Additional Requirements
- Saudi Nationality is mandatory.
- Previous experience in mega projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, local authorities, and client requirements.
