Lead and manage the delivery of all CSA works for the data centre project, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and programme requirements. Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of CSA activities. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for CSA works. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to budget and contractual obligations. Ensure strict compliance with Saudi building codes, authority requirements, and company standards. Manage site teams, providing leadership, technical guidance, and performance management. Interface with MEP and other discipline leads to ensure smooth integration of all project elements. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical or site-related issues. Maintain strong communication with the client, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 12+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role. Proven track record in managing CSA works on large-scale projects, preferably mission critical or data centre facilities. Previous experience working in KSA is essential, with knowledge of Saudi regulations, procedures, and authority requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
