Job Title: Project Director (Arabic Speaking)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee the successful execution of a large-scale construction project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the project.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
