Job Description
10-15 years design experience in oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.
The candidate shall have experience in SABIC, Saudi Aramco & RC standards, ASME, Process Industry practices.
The candidate shall be able to perform Process Simulation , prepare
PFD / PID ,Control narrative
Process control and interlock,
Alarm trip list,
Cause and effect
Emergency shut down philosophy
Blow down philosophy, PSV validation and sizing, Tank Sizing , Breather Valve and ERV Sizing , hydraulic calculation, Data sheet preparation for all equipment, PSV & Thermal relief valve sizing, Heat mass balance, HAZOP and SIL participation, Steam demand calculation/ Steam trap sizing & selection & Steam pipeline sizing,
Provide plant operations with technical inputs and support, prepare different Heat & Material balance scenarios.
Evaluating plant process and evaluate changes proposed to design, taking environmental and economic aspects into account.
Working closely with control engineers to ensure the plant is setup to provide maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility.
