Essential Functions
Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value.
Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.
Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements.
Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.
Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.
Manages client interface and ensures project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery.
Oversee the successful delivery of projects which might include multiple projects at the same time while leading a team of 5-7 consultants across levels.
Serves as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem solving skills.
Identifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with CoE Leaders and/or Geographic to develop tangible and commercial offerings
Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.
Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
Manage project budget and reporting on project cost.
Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world class solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is a must. Master of Science and/or MBA is a preference.
English speaker. Arabic and/or French is considered a plus.
Prior experience with management consulting on the agency side.
Has extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and an existing network with multinational and regional companies.
Requires deep expertise in at least one of the following areas of Life Sciences:
Marketing
Commercial Excellence
Market Access
Strategy & planning
Possesses exemplary business development skills.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Knowledge of consulting frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques
Demonstrated problem solving, strategic thinking and planning, project management, people management, change management skills
Ability to drive significant business results to contribute to the growth of the Life Sciences consulting business
Confident to lead multi-resources engagements and multiple engagements at the same time
Excellent writing, communicating, presenting and facilitating for all level of audience
Able to provide direction, coaching and guidance to junior resources
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Passionate about Healthcare and Life Sciences with high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
Flexibility to travel and work away from the base office location as per project requirements
