Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, providing expert guidance and ongoing support to ensure optimal user experience and application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Odoo framework.
2. Design and develop custom modules, reports, features, and workflows using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
3. Customize and extend existing Odoo modules based on client needs.
4. Integrate Odoo with third-party services and APIs when required.
5. Work closely with Project Lead, Client and QA to ensure the proper implementation of solutions.
6. Perform unit and integration testing of developed features.
7. Provide technical support, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve issues in existing modules.
8. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Odoo development &
implementation.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Odoo development (minimum 2+ years preferred).
2. Strong Python programming skills.
3. Solid understanding of the Odoo ORM and modular architecture.
4. Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
5. Expert with Odoo standard modules such as Sales, POS, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting
and HR.
6. Ability to write clean, efficient code and Experience in Git and version control.
7. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
10. Ability to work independently and within a team.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage user expectations and resolve problems efficiently.
- Ability to create clear, concise documentation for end-users and support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field(preferred).
- Odoo certifications will be considered a strong advantage.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
