Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, customization, integration, and support of the Odoo ERP system to meet business requirements across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Develop new Odoo modules and features as required.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo users.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for workflows and system usage.
- Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve ERP processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Odoo (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and architecture.
- Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Good knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb.
- Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo certification or formal training.
- Experience in accounting/finance, supply chain, or HR processes.
- Experience working with clients in the GCC region.
