We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and robust security across all network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
- Perform network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Implement and manage network security measures (firewalls, intrusion prevention systems).
- Configure and manage IP addressing, routing protocols, and VLANs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support network requirements for business projects.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
- Perform firmware updates and patch management.
- Respond to network outages and incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
- Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching technologies.
- Strong understanding of network security best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or equivalent.
