MEP Supervisor / Coordinator - Energy Management Solutions (EMS) and Facility Management
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of MEP Responsibilities, with a strong focus on energy management and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of energy efficiency strategies, HVAC.
Responsibilities:
Energy Management Solutions (EMS):
- Project Management:
- Identify energy-saving opportunities through data analysis and site surveys.
- Develop and implement energy-saving projects, including POCs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and secure approvals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
- Energy Efficiency:
- Implement energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Monitor energy consumption and utility bills.
- Analyze energy data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with energy efficiency regulations and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on energy performance and savings.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Facility Management (MEP):
- Asset Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of MEP assets, including maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor asset performance and identify potential issues.
- Facility Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of MEP systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facility / MEP supervision or coordination.
- Strong understanding of Facility / MEP systems, energy efficiency principles.
- Experience in energy management systems and software.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding in relevant software, such as CAFM, and energy modeling tools.
Additional Considerations:
- Experience in the retail or commercial sector is preferred.
- Certifications in energy management, such as CEM or CPE.
