You will support trainees to familiarise themselves with the requirements, equipment, hardware and methodology of performing and demonstrating Mechanical inspections which is tailored with the international best practice standards.
Duties:
- Determine condition of plant equipment, record measurements and predict useful life of equipment components
- Analyse of equipment downtime and investigate recurring equipment problems
- Make decisions on corrective actions to be taken based on inspection results and analysis
- Test and inspect welds, conduct pressure test to confirm integrity, conduct risk-based inspection and non-destructive testing
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications as per industry requirements
- Minimum of 3 years inspection experience post qualification
- Visas available for UK, US, CAN, AUS, NZ
