Team: Manufacturing department
Role: Wiring & Assembly operator
Scope: Application of strict working instructions and fixed operating procedures (Mechanical assembly, basic wiring operation of subassembly, ..) in respecting cost constraint, lead time and safet
Qualifications:- Realize simple manual assembly operations with fixed operating procedures,
- Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety
- Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes.
- Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode
- Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards
- Ensure maintenance level 1 & 2
- Ensure recording Red / Green performance monitoring in accordance with rules established
- Can work with specific equipment needing particular training and competences
- Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards, applying ‘Quality at the source’ principle
- Input production data (Quantity) in the information system (or with paper support)
- Analyse and report all non-quality events identifying during the working day.
