‘Support’ Leveling Guide consists of jobs that provide administrative and customer service support. Work is typically guided by precedent and performed using established procedures and techniques.
Impact

Requirements:
- Maintain planning file tools on daily basis.
- Monitor stock level.
- Ability to identify problems and potentially update existing methods, techniques and/or processes in job area by following standard procedures and guidelines.
- Work closely with Invoicing, finance, and sales departments to ensure accurate distribution of information and to close out any discrepancies that may appear.
- Address barriers that decrease operational efficiency in the procurement department.
- Monitor stock movement based on sales forecast arrange for the transfer of products to other location to ensure constant availability of stock (3PL).
- Coordinating for the clearance process and ensuring delivering the right documents on time (Internally and Externally)

- Maintain proper and up to date filing of all correspondence and documents related to agent’s transactions and stock levels.
- Prepares, tracks, records, and distributes all clearance paperwork.
- Team orientated, working as a member of the team assisting and supporting warehouse and distribution activities, colleagues and other divisions.
- Attend, participate and contribute at team meetings.
- Establishes & sustains effective relations with partners and key customers.
- Drives customer / partner satisfaction achieving timely delivery plans and meet their expectations.
- Continuously communicates solutions to enhance the business relationship with customers’ needs.
- Manage all material stock management activities related to all division business.
- Monitor and control all WH activities to maximize performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Confers with division heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as sales, records control and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with all federal governmental, institutions and partners regularity requirements.
- Implement service quality management strategy and plans to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the division’s annual business plan and long-term vision.
- Plans and manages departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
- Contribute and participate on business area of development in line with the company vision.
- Pharmaceutical degree with minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Experience in a warehouse management role and must be MOH certified.
- Awareness of governmental regulations and needed certificate.
- SFDA regulations awareness.
